Um… they introduced a 2050 target (essentially meaningless) in 2007, and are supposed to be reviewing that this year… (tumbleweed).
At the moment there is a http://www.climatechange.sa.gov.au/ site, but this is going to be an climate refugee at some point and be housed here.
I obviously have some reading to do, if I can be bothered…
