So, it was set up in September 2010. Its membership is as follows- (info from official site)

* Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, the Hon. Greg Combet AM MP (co-Deputy Chair)
* Senator Christine Milne (Australian Greens) (co-Deputy Chair)
* Senator Bob Brown (Australian Greens)
* Mr Tony Windsor MP (Independent)
* Mr Rob Oakeshott MP (Independent)

Members invited to assist the Multi-Party Climate Change Committee

* Parliamentary Secretary for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, the Hon. Mark Dreyfus QC MP
* Mr Adam Bandt MP (Australian Greens)
